Where is Picture That Unlimited, Inc. located?

Picture That Unlimited is located at The Gallery at Military Circle (adjacent to the food court) in Norfolk, Virginia.

Does Picture That Unlimited ship?

Yes. We will package, ship and insure your framed prints anywhere in the U.S., however; any claims for damages must be handled directly between the customer and the shipping company. APO and FPO packaging will be handled on a case by case basis.

What is the cost associated with having a picture shipped?

The cost will vary, based on size and the delivery destination. Please feel free to contact us via email or phone to confirm the shipping rate.

Do you offer custom framing? If so, what is the normal turn-around time for the custom framing?

Yes, we do offer custom framing. We offer our customers a vast selection of hundreds of frames and matting to choose from. The average turn-around is 5-10 business days.

Does Picture That Unlimited sell just prints?

Although the gallery does not sell loose prints, however, you can order individual prints from us, but it must be framed by us.

Does Picture That Unlimited offer a payment plan to the customer?

With the varying costs of the framed artwork in the gallery, Picture That Unlimited does offer a convenient layaway plan to our customers. A 35% deposit is required, and the layaway is extended for 30 days. If after 30 days the customer fails to pick up the layaway, the customer will forfeit 100% of the layaway deposit.

If a customer visits your gallery and is interested in a print, but prefers another frame, is the option available to change the frame?

Even though we have hundreds of framed prints in our gallery, our customers are free to change the frame of any print. Picture That Unlimited offers many frames to chose from, with the prices varying, depending on the frame that is chosen, as well as the dimensions.

Does Picture That Unlimited offer Gift Certificates?

As a convenience to our customers, our gallery offers gift certificates with an unlimited monetary value.

What services does Picture That Unlimited offer to support the local artists of Hampton Roads?

With an abundance of artists in the Hampton Roads area, our gallery found it difficult to display the work of so many local artists. We decided to offer the local artists to become sponsors at our monthly mixers, which offer great exposure for the artist, and to sell their art pieces, with 100% of the profit from the sale of the artwork remaining with the artists. Picture That Unlimited hosts the Mid-Month Business Networking at the gallery, on Fridays, at mid-month, from 6:00 to 9:00pm. The business networking is a wonderful opportunity for small businesses in the Hampton area roads area to “meet and greet” in order to develop business relationships and to support each other’s services. Picture That Unlimited also hosts “Welcome to the Mic”. The Hampton Roads area has a very talented population of Spoken Word artists. If you would like to be a part of this wonderful event, or even participate, please feel free to join us and share your Spoken Word talents. “Welcome to the Mic” will be held on every other Friday, from 7:00 to 9:00pm, resuming on Friday, January 4, 2008.

Picture That Unlimited offers 3 unique registries to our customers: Baby Shower, Bridal Shower and Housewarming registries. The Bride & Groom, the Parents-to-be, and the new home owner can simply make an appointment or come by to select the framed prints for their upcoming event. We will then submit your information onto our registry form, to include your name, date of your event, and the size of your selected prints. In addition, we will also give you gift registry cards to be included in your invitation. We will take care of the rest!
